AZ Interventional Cardiology Coverage

Peoria, Prescott, Flagstaff area
3 locations the provider will rotate between with the team
- Will start off with 1-2 sites
Hours: M-F 8a-5p
4 days of office clinic/1 operative/procedure day
Stress tests, ECHOs, Nuclear, Peripheral vascular work, ASC work, Ambulatory
EMR: ECW
Asap start- on going
2 weeks per month (10 days)
2-3 weeks to credential
Full support staff
ACLS/BC required at minimum
Open to IMLC
