Facility in Phoenix, AZ seeking Interventional Cards locums coverage Rates: Hourly - $370/hr Orientation - $150/hr Holiday - 1.5x regular rate Nightly Call - $350 (includes 2.5 hours gratis) On Call (Daily) - $2500 (includes 4 hours gratis) Call Back - $370/hr after gratis hours Assignment Details: Start Date: June 1, 2025 Schedule: Monday–Friday: Rounding and consults on inpatients Saturday & Sunday: Weekend call coverage (shared with APPs and fellows) Duration: 6+ months FTEs Needed: 2–3 Clinical Environment: Setting: Hospital-Based Trauma Level: Not specified Duties: Rounding on inpatients Responding to consults Managing calls and urgent needs after hours Required Procedures: Interventional procedures including Left Heart Caths EMR: Cerner Support Team: Fellows, NPs, and PAs Credentialing Requirements: Timeline: ~90 days AZ License or IMLC – Required Application Turnaround: Within 5 days of receiving forms Additional: Chronological CV with no gaps >60 days, 3 references, clear background preferred Required Certifications: ACLS DEA Board Certification/Eligibility in Cardiology
