Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00am – 5:30, possible weekend.

Special procedures: STEMI/Cardiology Consults

Requirements:
AZ License Required
Board Certification Required
BLS & ACLS Required
Credentialing Timeframe: 30-60 days
