Interventional Cardiology Opportunity in Cottonwood, Arizona - IMLC Accepted

Job description

Position Highlights:
• Start Date: 9/14
• Contract Length: ongoing
• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 am – 5:30, possible weekend. This will be a rotation of hospital/clinic each week, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch. Overtime would be AFTER scheduled shift.

Work Details:
• Support Staff: MA, PCT, Nurse, PA support for in-house
• Amount of Coverage Needed per Month: ongoing coverage
• Patient Population/Age: 60+
• Department Description: Cardiovascular Institute in Verde Valley needs interventional cardiology coverage – STEMI/Cardiology Consults. No CT backup. TEES (maybe 1-2 a day), Hospital consults (8-14 per day). Clinic sees 18-24 patients per day.
• EMR: Cerner
• Skills Preferred: interpersonal and relational with staff and patients
• Interview Process: TEAMS
•Practice Setting: Hospital/Clinic

Requirements:
• Board Certification: Board Certified in Interventional Cardiology
• License Required: AZ License - we have time to license
• Certifications Required: ACLS, BLS
• Minimum Experience Required: 2 years
•Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days
