Start Date: As soon as credentialed
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Schedule: 5 Days, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Job Details: Bread-and-butter cardiology cases
Active Arizona License NOT Required
Credentialing Timeframe: 30 Days
Medical malpractice insurance, travel, and lodging provided
