Interventional Cardiologist - AZ
Start Date: As soon as credentialed
Assignment Length: Ongoing
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00am – 5:30. This will be a rotation of hospital/clinic each week
Additional Details:
• Support Staff: MA, PCT, Nurse, PA support for inhouse
• Patient Population/Age: 60+
• Department Description: Cardiovascular Institute needs interventional cardiology coverage – STEMI/Cardiology Consults. No CT back-up. TEES (maybe 1-2 a day), Hospital consults (8-14 per day). Clinic sees 18-24 patients per day.
• Licensing opportunity!

Licensure: Active AZ license required (assistance available if needed)
Credentialing Timeline: Approximately 30-60 days
