Work Details:
• Patient Population/Age: Adult
• Practice Setting: Clinic
• EMR: EPIC
• Patients Per Day: 8 patients per half day clinic. Most are returning patients. 2-3 returning patients
• Procedures: Advanced heart failure, multi vessel coronary disease, not a tertiary referral clinic, cardiac surgery not on site - cases are sent out

Credentialing Timeframe: 90-120 Days
