Locums Interventional Cardiology in Southern California

Job description

Coverage Need: Ongoing locums
Schedule: 1–2 weeks per month
Call: 24-hour call during coverage weeks

Facility & Program Details

Single cath lab with overflow into IR suite

Well-supported team:

6 nurses and 6 techs

4-person call team (2 RNs, 2 RTs)

Director, Manager, and Clinical Coordinator (Charge RN) on site

Average volume:

5–10 cases per day

~10 STEMIs per month (≈120 annually)

Requirements

Board Certified Interventional Cardiology

Active California license (or ability to obtain)

Comfortable with STEMI call and advanced cardiac support devices
