Position Overview
Seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Interventional Cardiologist for ongoing call-only coverage at a Level III Trauma Center in beautiful Northern California. This opportunity offers focused inpatient coverage with a manageable patient volume and a streamlined credentialing process.

July 14 – July 24, 2026
July 30 – August 4, 2026
August 11 – August 24, 2026
August 29 – September 1, 2026

Schedule

24-hour call coverage
7:00 AM – 7:00 AM
Practice Setting
Inpatient only
Level III Trauma Center
EMR: Epic
Average patient volume: 10–15 patients per shift
Clinical Responsibilities
Interventional Cardiology call coverage
Inpatient consults and management
Cardiac catheterization and interventional procedures as needed
Collaborative care within an established cardiovascular team
Requirements
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiology (within 3–5 years of residency)
Active California medical license required
DEA required
BLS and ACLS certifications required
Minimum of 2 years of Interventional Cardiology experience
Active fluoroscopy privileges/experience required
Credentialing
Approximately 30-day credentialing timeline
