Job description
Aya Locums is seeking a Board-Certified Interventional Cardiologist to provide 24-hour call coverage in Idaho beginning November 4, 2025. This ongoing need offers multiple block dates, advanced procedural variety, and a collaborative, well-staffed cardiac team.
Position Highlights
24-Hour Call Coverage: Inpatient, hospital-based coverage with 10 hours gratis per shift.
Multiple Coverage Blocks: Ongoing need from November 2025 – April 2026.
High-Acuity Facility: 2 Cath Labs with full peripheral vascular capabilities, cath prep & recovery unit, and a 10-bed cardiac medical unit.
Position Details
Start Date: November 4, 2025
Schedule: 24-hour call (7a–7a) with 10 hours gratis

11/4 (7a) – 11/10 (7a)
11/27 (7a) – 12/2 (7a)
12/2 (7a) – 12/8 (7a)
12/24 (7a) – 1/5 (7a)
1/22 (7a) – 1/27 (7a)
2/18 (7a) – 2/24 (7a)
3/19 (7a) – 3/24 (7a)
4/16 (7a) – 4/21 (7a)
Procedures:
Diagnostic cardiac catheterization, PCI, balloon angioplasty, coronary and vascular stent placements, pacemakers, coronary thrombectomy, atherectomy, Impella, TEE, peripheral vascular angiography/interventions, IVUS, intracardiac ultrasound, cardioversion, and tilt table studies.
Support Staff: 4 Interventional Cardiologists, 3 General/Non-Invasive Cardiologists, and several NPs.
Requirements
Board Certification: Interventional Cardiology (required)
Licensure: Active Idaho license or IMLC
Experience: Proficiency in interventional procedures
Credentialing: Fast-track process available for clean files
