Specialty: Interventional Cardiology
Schedule: 10 hours per day and 24-hour call coverage

Dates Needed:

12/2 (7 AM) – 12/8 (7 AM)

12/23 (7 AM) – 1/5 (7 AM)

1/22 (7 AM) – 1/28 (7 AM)

2/18 (7 AM) – 2/24 (7 AM)

3/19 (7 AM) – 3/25 (7 AM)

4/16 (7 AM) – 4/21 (7 AM)


rocedures Include:

Diagnostic Adult Cardiac Catheterization

Percutaneous Coronary Interventions (PCI)

Balloon Angioplasty & Stent Placements (Coronary & Peripheral)

Permanent Pacemaker Implantation

Coronary Thrombectomy & Atherectomy

Impella Placement

Transesophageal Echocardiography (TEE)

Peripheral Vascular Interventions

Intervascular & Intracardiac Ultrasound

Cardioversion & Tilt Table Studies

Department & Support:

10-bed Cardiac Medical Unit

Support staff: 4 Interventional Cardiologists, 3 General/Non-Invasive Cardiologists, several Nurse Practitioners

Requirements:

IMLC or Idaho medical license in hand

Experience in interventional cardiology procedures

• 1-2 weeks a month
• IMLC accepted
