Facility in Dixon, IL seeking Interventional Cards locums coverage

Rates:
$3000/24 hour with 4 hour gratis.
$400/hr call-back after 4 hours.
Night call $1500/night, $400/hr call-back.
Position Highlights
Shift Schedule: 24-hour weekend call (Fri PM – Mon AM), 2 weekends/month


Estimated Shifts/Month: 6


EMR System: Cerner


On-Call Response Time: 30 minutes


Average Callbacks: 0–4 times/day


Support Staff: Mid-level providers available


Privileges: Full and Temporary Privileges offered
Requirements
Active Illinois Medical License


Board Certification in Interventional Cardiology


ACLS Certification, DEA, and Illinois CSR


Minimum of 1 year clinical experience


Must be capable of both interventional and general cardiology service
