Specialty: Interventional Cardiology
Start Date: 4/6/2026 (or ASAP)
End Date: Ongoing
Coverage Type: Inpatient & Outpatient/ 1 day clinic (will discuss during the interview what schedule looks like)
Schedule: TBD

Work Details:
· Support staff: Medical Assistants and Registered Nurses
· Patients per shift: clinic 10-25; 10-50 inpatient
· EMR: Prefer someone who has EPIC experience
· Skills required: standard interventional cardiology core procedures; Looking for a Cardiologist who can assist with BOTH Interventional AND Non Invasive at Crown Point & Interventional only over at Olympia Fields.

Practice Setting:
• Inpatient/Outpatient
Requirements:
· Board Certification: Must be Board Eligible
· License required: Must have ACTIVE IN & IL
· DEA: Must have ACTIVE IN & IL DEA (or one that is easily transferable)

Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days - ASAP
