Cardiology Opportunity in Centralia, Illinois

Job description

Position Highlights:
•Location: Centralia, IL
•Start Date: 11/2/2026
•Contract Length: Ongoing coverage
•Shift Times: Monday – Friday 40 hours/week. Could do Monday-Thursday if needed. This would include inpatient consults, clinic, and some call, but more telephone versus actual presence after hours at the hospital
•Call: Phone Call coverage
•For Clinic positions, any hospital rounding coverage required? Yes, inpatient consults.

•Support Staff (MD, APPs, RNs, etc.) - 1 APP 2 days a week. Medical Assistant. Solo MD coverage
•Department Description: Will read EKG & Echos. Supervise stress testing. General Cardiology managing CAD, HTN, HF patients.
•Patient Volume & Age Group: Adults
•EMR: EPIC
•Board Certs Required
•Certifications Required: BLS

• November start
• Up to 1 year contract
• On call
