Interventional Cardiologist Needed in IN:
Start Date: As soon as credentialed
Contract Length: 6-9 months with option for extension
Schedule: 4x8/hour days per week (2 days in office, 2 days in Cath lab)
Work details:
• Facility Type: Acute Inpatient and Outpatient
• EMR/Charting Software: Meditech
• Avg. Daily Census: 30
• Beds: 52
• Patient Age Group: 18 yr and older
• Equipment: Philips Cath Lab

IN License Required (We can help license you)
Credentialing Timeframe: Emergency Privileges Available
