General/Interventional Cardiology – Locum Tenens Opportunity

Contract Length: 6–9 months
Position Overview
A small community hospital in Lebanon, Indiana, is seeking a General/Interventional Cardiologist for a 6–9 month locum assignment. This role offers a balanced mix of clinic and cath lab work, steady scheduling, and a supportive care team. Providers must hold an active Indiana license and meet all mandatory vaccination requirements.
Schedule
Workweek: 4.5 days/week or 9 out of 10 days
Options include:
4.5 × 8-hr days each week
Alternating 4 × 8-hr days one week & 5 × 8-hr days the next
Typical Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Clinic/Cath Lab Mix:
2–3 full days in office
2 half-days in cath lab (approx. 8–10 hrs/week)
Call: 1:2 call — patient calls only (no after-hours STEMI call)
Coverage Needed: Full-time (will consider 2 weeks/month minimum)

Support Staff: RN, MA, NP
Patient Volume: ~30 patients/day
Patient Population: Adults 18+

DEA & CSR: Required
