Interventional Cardiologist Opportunity – IA

Patient Volume:
• Clinic: 12–15 patients per day
• Rounding/Inpatient consults: 5–10 patients per day

Call Coverage:
• Weekday call-back hours vary; typically ~4–6 hours for interventional cases
• Weekend call includes 24-hour coverage with call-ins as needed
• Providers will also be asked to cover general cardiology call on select days

Cases & Procedures:
• Diagnostic caths
• Angioplasty & stenting
• Stress echo & nuclear stress testing
• Reading echocardiograms
• Holter & event monitor interpretation
• TEEs & cardioversions

Additional Details:
• EMR: Epic
• Iowa license preferred; IMLC candidates accepted
• Credentialing timeframe: ~60 days
