🩺Interventional Cardiologist needed in Iowa - Licensing Job🫀

Job description

🗓️Clinic Hours:
- Monday – Thursday: 9:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

📟Call Requirements:
-Shared call rotation with other providers.
-Weekday Call: 8:00 AM – 8:00 AM (24-hour call)
-Weekend Call: Friday 8:00 AM – Monday 8:00 AM
-Mandatory gratis: First 0–4 hours of callback during each 24-hour call period.
-Providers may not exceed 5 hours of overtime per week (strict requirement).

🔔Call Back Expectations:
- Callback volume varies based on patient needs.
- Interventional callbacks typically average 4–6 hours.
- Providers should also be comfortable covering general cardiology call when needed.

👥Patient Volume:
Clinic: Approximately 12–15 patients per day
Hospital Rounding/Inpatient Consults: Approximately 5–10 patients per day

- Diagnostic Cardiac Catheterization
- Coronary Angioplasty
- Coronary Stenting
- Stress Echocardiograms
- Nuclear Stress Testing
- Interpretation of Echocardiograms
- Holter Monitor & Event Monitor Interpretation
- Transesophageal Echocardiograms (TEE)
- Cardioversions
