ASSIGNMENT DETAILS
Coverage Dates:

November 23–26

December 1–4

December 29–January 1

Schedule: 24-hour on-call shifts (7 AM–7 AM)

Availability: 3–7 days per month

Setting: Inpatient / EMTALA call

Patient Population: Adults

EMR: Epic Cupid


CLINICAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Balloon and coronary angioplasty

Percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI)

Heart catheterizations and coronary angiograms

Respond to all hospital cardiology calls

Provide general cardiology consultations

Interpret EKGs, echocardiograms, and stress tests, including nuclear stress tests


REQUIREMENTS

Board Certified in Interventional Cardiology

Active Kentucky medical license and DEA

ACLS certification

IMLC candidates may be considered if available 3–7 days per month

COVID vaccination preferred

Must provide availability for the listed dates

COMPENSATION

Best market rate requested

Daily on-call rate must account for 8–24 hours of included (gratis) coverage
