Perm - Physician - Interventional Cardiology needed in Farmington, MO
Job description
The Interventional Cardiologist will:
Provide both inpatient and outpatient cardiology care
Perform cardiac catheterizations, PCI, CardioMEMS, and peripheral vascular procedures
Utilize a newly renovated cath lab with dedicated procedural time
Participate in a 1:4 call schedule (one night per week and one weekend per month; minimal call-backs)
Work alongside a team of Interventional and Invasive Cardiologists and experienced APPs
Optionally perform device/pacemaker implantations (a plus but not required)
Utilize EPIC EMR for clinical documentation
Collaborate with the Cardiac Service Line for coordinated care
Participate in program development and community outreach initiatives
Benefit from mentorship for recent fellowship graduates

BE in 2026 (preferred) and 2027 Interventional Cardiology Fellows welcomed
Not open to 1099 candidates
Compensation and Benefits:
Base Salary: $650,000 (2-year guarantee), transitioning to a wRVU-based productivity model
$50,000 sign-on bonus
$2,000 monthly fellowship stipend available to candidates still in training

- Shift(s) Description: Monday–Friday; 40 patient contact hours per week (typical daytime clinic hours)
- On Call Requirements: 1:4 call rotation; one night per week (rarely called in) and one weekend every four weeks; no after-hours STEMI call
