Position: Locum Physician – Interventional Cardiology
Location: Kearney, Nebraska
Coverage: 2 weeks per month, starting in January and ongoing
EMR: EPIC
Facility Size: 175 beds
Call Requirement: 1:3 rotation; weekend coverage required

Responsibilities:
- Conduct inpatient rounds Monday through Friday, with an average census of 8–10 patients.
- Conduct Saturday and Sunday rounds, with an average census of 6–7 patients.
- Perform add-on catheterization procedures, primarily for inpatients, averaging 8–9 per week.
- Provide STEMI call coverage and hospital-based night call.
- Provide clinic coverage from 8 AM to 4 PM, Monday through Friday, on days when not covering the inpatient service.
- Read ECHOs.
- Work alongside APPs and hospitalists for inpatient care.
- Clinic participation is optional; the primary need is inpatient coverage, procedures, and call.

• Ongoing Locum Coverage: 2 weeks per month starting in January, with inpatient rounds, procedures, and STEMI call responsibilities.
• Clinical Responsibilities: Weekday rounds with an average census of 8–10 patients, weekend rounds with 6–7 patients, and approximately 8–9 add-on cath procedures per week. Must be able to read ECHOs.
