Cardiologist Needed in NY

Job description

Start Date: ASAP (anticipated mid-September)

Contract Length: 6–9 months

Schedule:

Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
4 weeks per month highly preferred
Will consider 2 providers working alternating 2 weeks on/2 weeks off
On-call: 4:00 PM – 8:00 AM as needed to fill coverage gaps

Work Details:

Outpatient clinic approximately 3 days per week
Supervise stress tests approximately 1 day per week
Inpatient cardiology consults and stress lab coverage
Hospital consult service rotation (as needed)
Read Nuclear Stress Test imaging (preferred, not required)
Solo physician practice (current APP available through end of September)
Will float between two facilities

Practice Setting:

Outpatient Clinic
Hospital

Requirements:

Board Certified in Cardiology
Board Certified to read cardiac imaging studies
Nuclear Stress Test interpretation preferred (not required)
Preferred: 5+ years of experience
