About the clinician's workday

The Interventional Cardiologist will provide coverage across inpatient and clinic settings on a day shift basis from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with call responsibilities required as a condition of this assignment. Clinical duties encompass inpatient hospital rounding, cath lab coverage, and outpatient clinic services for an adult patient population, with the practice structured at approximately 80% inpatient and 20% outpatient care. Clinic volumes average 14 patients per half day, and call coverage involves minimal beeper or phone contact, with an average of 2 callback hours per on-call shift.
