Coverage Type: Call Only
Schedule: We are looking for a physician to help with gap coverage as needed. 1in 2 weeks call coverage, 24/7 those
weeks. 8am-8am usually but shift times could vary.

· EMR: Epic

Practice Setting:
• Inpatient/Outpatient

Requirements:
· Board Certification: Yes
· License required: Active OR License
· Certifications required: ACLS, BLS
Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 Days
