• 4, Day (10 Hours) 7:00 - 17:00
• Weekend Call is Friday 5p-Monday 7a 1:3
Work Details:
• Department Description: Hospital and Clinic
• Rounding and Admissions for STEMIS and Clinic Patients
• Patient Population- Adult/Geriatric
• Average patients per day ~15 clinic patients/day, Rounding 10-20 patients/day

• REQUIRED PROCEDURES: Cardiac Cath, Interventional Cardiology, DCCVs,
Temp pacemaker as needed
• EMR: Epic
• Fast Track Credentials available 30-60 days
• Standard Credentialing Process 90 days from application being sent

• Scheduled + On Call required
