Interventional Cardiology Opening in Pennsylvania – Flexible Blocks Available

Job description

Highlights:

Ongoing coverage from September through December with flexible date blocks
Mix of weekday shifts, night STEMI call, and weekend 24-hour call
Consistent volume with procedures and consults in a hospital setting

Opportunity Details:

Location: Pennsylvania
Schedule: M–F 7a–4p + 4p–7a STEMI call, weekends 7a–7a call
Dates: Multiple blocks available Sept–Dec (average 3 weeks/month coverage needed)
Setting: Hospital
Patient Volume: ~15 consults/day, ~3 procedures/day
Procedures: Caths, TEEs, echo reads, cardiac windows
EMR: Epic

Work Details:

Hospital coverage including consults, outpatient and inpatient procedures
1-hour lunch required Monday–Friday
Weekend call includes STEMI and general cardiology coverage

Requirements:

Board Eligible or Board Certified
Active Pennsylvania license
DEA required

Credentialing:

Approximately 120 days (temporary privileges available with a clean file)
