Requirements:
· Board Certification: Yes - clean malpractice and professional background required to qualify for emergency privileges
· License required: Active TX License or IMLC
· Fellowship: Preferred
· Certifications required: BLS
Credentialing Timeframe: 1 Day

• 13 weeks with option to extend
• 24 hour on call
