Assignment Details
Contract Length: Short-term assignment (specific dates required)
Coverage Type: 24/7 call coverage

Schedule

Continuous 24-hour interventional cardiology call from May 25 – May 31
ER call coverage only during assignment
Providers must be available for all listed dates

Practice Setting
Inpatient hospital setting

Clinical Details
Patient Volume: Approximately 12 patients per day

Support Staff:

Dedicated 3-person 24/7 call team
Cath lab staffing supports:
Two labs Monday–Wednesday
One lab Thursday–Friday

EMR Systems: Epic, Meditech, Merge MUSE
Hospital Bed Size: 238 beds

Procedures and Scope

Interventional cardiology call coverage
Echocardiography, including transesophageal echocardiograms (TEE)

Requirements
Board Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Interventional Cardiology
Licensure: Active Utah license required
DEA: Required

Credentialing
Credentialing Timeframe: Standard credentialing required; expedited privileges may be available for providers with a clean file
