Aya Locums is seeking an Interventional Cardiologist to provide ongoing coverage at a hospital-based program in Wisconsin. This opportunity blends a robust cath lab schedule with shared call coverage, offering procedural variety, a strong physician-led team, and the flexibility to help fill key gaps in the schedule.

Work Details
• Specialty: Interventional Cardiology
• Patient Volume: Average of 3 cath procedures per day
• Patient Population: Adult to geriatric
• Support Staff: Collaborative team of 7 physicians and 3 APPs
• EMR: Epic
• Procedures Performed:
– Diagnostic and interventional coronary catheterizations
– Right heart catheterizations (Swan-Ganz placement)
– Temporary pacemaker insertions
– Intra-aortic balloon pump placements
• Provider Requirement: Must be fully comfortable performing all listed procedures independently

Requirements
• Board Certification: ABIM required; General Cardiology with completed Interventional Cardiology fellowship
• Licensure: Active Wisconsin license required
• DEA: Required
• Certifications: BLS and ACLS
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of interventional cardiology experience
