Any call offs or additional RTO on unit, could possibly turn into a cancel and DNR. 3 years Unit does NOT accept 1st time travelers. Laser Assisted Procedures, PACS, Maintains equipment, Maintains inventory, Stocks supplies, Angioplasty, Aortography, Embolization, Endograft placement, Inferior Vena Cava (IVC) filter placement, Inferior Vena Cava (IVC) filter removal, Inferior vena cavogram, Mesenteric Angiogram, Pelvic angiography, Renal Angiography, Selective visceral angiography, Stent placement, Superior vena cavogram, Angioplasty, Carotid Stenting, Central Venous Access/Port Placement, Dialysis Graft Creation/Revision, Dialysis Graft interventions (fistulograms/declots), Endovascular Interventions, Upper and Lower Extremity Angiography, Thrombolysis/Thrombectomy, Fluoroscopy, Philips, Siemens, Ultrasound, Accurate monitoring, Equipment set up, Prep access site, Scrub- maintain sterile field, Vascular Closure Systems (Perclose, StarClose), Isolation Precautions, Sterile Technique, c-ARM ARRT (R and VI OR R and CV) Ratios: 1:1 Shift: 4x10’s 0630-1700 7 days MAX Call Requirement: Yes - one night a week and every 3rd weekend. Weekend Requirement: Every Third **Contract staff will be assigned and expected to work a Storm Team and/or Hurricane Team. Contract staff may be required to report to work during a catastrophic event, mass casualty or disaster. Consolidation to the Centralized Office mid contract may occur and the contract staff may be preassigned to units as needed. This unit is two endovascular hybrid suites in the operating room. The IRT scrubs into endovascular cases to assist the surgeon during cases. Sometimes the IRT runs a c-arm in an open room for our vascular surgeons during open vascular cases. The IRT runs and maintains the Seimens equipment during cases and uses PACS to pull up imaging.
