Interventional Radiologist Needed for Week Blocks in Washington, DC

Job description

An Interventional Radiologist is needed for an ongoing locum tenens assignment in the Washington, DC area beginning September 1, 2026.

The client would ideally like someone available for at least one full week each month, although alternative block availability is worth discussing.

Assignment details:

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Overnight call coverage following the scheduled day, 5:00 PM–8:00 AM
Onsite, patient-facing Interventional Radiology coverage
Initial 13-week assignment with an ongoing need anticipated
136-bed hospital that opened in April 2025
Currently operating as a Level III Trauma Center
PACS/dictation system: Radin AI
