Highlights:
• Full time Monday through Friday schedule with weekday night call
• Open to IMLC candidates
• IR only position with no diagnostic reads outside of procedures performed

Interventional Radiology Locums Opportunity – Georgia

Schedule:
• Full time coverage preferred Monday through Friday
• Will consider providers available a minimum of 2 weeks per month
• Hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday
• Weekday night call from 5:00 PM to 8:00 AM

Work Details:
• Hospital setting
• No APP support or additional physicians working simultaneously
• Position is strictly Interventional Radiology
• Providers are only responsible for reads associated with procedures performed

Procedures Include:
• Abscess drainage catheter placement
• Abscessogram and tube changes
• Adrenal venography
• Angiography and embolization for GI bleeding and massive hemoptysis
• Nephrostograms
• Arthrography and arthrocentesis
• Catheter stripping
• CT and fluoroscopy guided procedures
• Fistulograms and sinograms
• Lymphangiography
• Paracentesis
• Percutaneous gastrostomy procedures
• Transjugular liver biopsies
• Ultrasound guided procedures

Requirements:
• Board Certified in Radiology with Interventional Radiology certification required
• Active Georgia license required or open to IMLC candidates
• DEA required

Credentialing Timeframe:
• Approximately 120 days
