Interventional Radiology Coverage – ID

Dates of Need:
3/15 – 3/22
3/22 – 3/29
3/29 – 4/5
4/12 – 4/19

Schedule:
• Monday–Friday: 8a–5p
• Evening Call: 5p–7a (0–1 call backs per shift; daily rate inclusive of evening call)
• Weekend Call: Friday 5p – Monday 7a
– Evening call: 2–3 call backs per week (2–3 hrs per intervention)
– Weekend: 3–4 interventions (1–3 hrs per intervention)

Required Procedures:
• Trauma Embolization (Body)
• Pulmonary Thrombectomy
• Gastric Tube Placement
• Biliary/Chole Tube Placement
• Nephrostomy & Ureteral Stenting
• Dialysis Graft/Fistula Stenting
• Body Arteriography
• IVC Filter Placement & Removal

Ideal Experience Includes:
Cryo/Thermal Ablation, TIPS, Venous & Arterial Stenting, Limb Salvage, Y90, Chemoembolization, Uterine & Prostate Artery Embolization, Vertebral Body Biopsy, and other advanced IR procedures.

Requirements:
• Active Idaho license or IMLC in hand
• Clean background required for emergency privileges
• Travel covered
