📋 Contract Details
🔹 Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday 7:00a–5:00p; Thursday 8:30a–5:30p
🔹 Call Details: Not typically required for locums providers
🔹 Contract Length: Must commit to 1–2 full weeks per month for 6+ months
🔹 Anticipated Start Date: May or June 2026
🔹 Credentialing Timeframe: 60–90 days with active Ohio license; up to 120 days without Ohio license

🏥 Work Details & Patient Scope
🔹 Practice Setting: Inpatient hospital – Level I Trauma Center
🔹 Procedure Volume: Approximately 5–12 procedures per 10-hour day (varies by case type)
🔹 Case Mix: Biopsies, CT- and ultrasound-guided drain placements and exchanges, tunneled line placements (no removals), nephrostomy tube placements and exchanges, PleurX catheter placements, vascular and interventional radiology procedures
🔹 Work Model: 100% Interventional Radiology (biopsy and VIR focus)
🔹 PACS: Visage 7

📋 Candidate Requirements
🔹 Board Certification: ABR Board Certified required (Board Certified providers only)
🔹 Fellowship: Must have completed fellowship (providers currently in fellowship will not be considered)
🔹 License: Active Ohio license preferred, licensing assistance available!
🔹 Experience: Prior Interventional Radiology experience required
🔹 Availability: Must commit to consistent monthly coverage (1–2 full weeks per month for 6+ months)
