Infectious Disease NP/PA – Greensboro, NC:
Start Date: December 14, 2026
Contract Length: 1 year
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday
- Monday–Thursday: 8-hour shifts
- Friday: Half day
- No call
Setting: Outpatient Infectious Disease
Patient Population: Adults
Patient Volume: Approximately 12–15 patients/day
EMR: Epic
Employment: 1099 Locum Tenens
Responsibilities
- Complete in-office physical assessments and review medical histories
- Review and interpret diagnostic testing/results
- Develop and manage treatment plans
- Perform preventive health screenings
- Educate patients and families regarding infectious disease conditions, treatment, and follow-up
- Perform office-based specialty procedures within scope
- Maintain accurate patient documentation
- Collaborate with the outpatient specialty care team
Requirements
- NP or PA
- Active North Carolina license required — not willing to license
- Board certified
- 3+ years of experience
- DEA required
- BLS required
- Epic experience required
- Credentialing: approximately 60–90 days
