Facility:
This facility is a large, highly integrated health system serving a regional population of approximately 460,000 across Northern Minnesota, Northwest Wisconsin, and the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. It features a Level III NICU with an in-house aero-medical transport team, a robust team of specialists including genetic counseling and GYN oncology, and a strong academic environment with opportunities to teach medical students, family practice residents, and OB fellows.

Opportunity:
Physician - Maternal Fetal Medicine

Job Details:

• Join a consultative Maternal Fetal Medicine practice managing a large volume of maternal obstetric complications
• Work within a highly engaged team including 1 MFM, 14 generalists, genetic counseling, and GYN oncology
• Manage low-to-high risk pregnancies with access to a full complement of pediatric subspecialties including fetal cardiology, urology, rheumatology, hem/onc, and endocrinology
• Level III NICU on site with an in-house aero-medical transport team and an average daily census of 13
• Approximately 1,500 births per year at the affiliated medical center
• Large volume of ultrasounds involving complex anomalies with potential for involvement in reading OB ultrasounds
• Ample opportunity for teaching medical students, family practice residents, and OB fellows
• No scheduled call required
• Large referral catchment area spanning Northern MN, Northwest WI, and the Upper Peninsula of MI
• BC/BE OB/GYN and BC/BE Maternal Fetal Medicine required
