Maternal Fetal Medicine Locum Physician – York, PA (WellSpan York Hospital)

Start Date: 7/20/2026 | Contract: Ongoing | Schedule: M–F 8am–4:30pm; call preferred but not required

Clinical Details:

Patients per day: 25

Department: Ultrasound interpretation and consultative MFM

Beds: 10 | Peds Level 3

Patient Population: Adults 18+ (childbearing years)

Team: 2 RN, 2 MA, 2 APP

EMR: EPIC

Specialty Skills Required:
Pregnancy-induced hypertension, HELLP syndrome, Diabetes (Type I, II, gestational), Cardiac disorders (Class II+), Pulmonary/Renal/Neurological/Autoimmune/Hematologic disorders, Placenta previa/abruption, Multiple gestation, Vaginal deliveries, Amniocentesis, Ultrasound (Level II targeted, echo), performance & interpretation

Requirements:

BC or BE in MFM

Active PA License or IMLC LOQ in hand

DEA required | BLS required

Minimum 1 year experience

Credentialing: 90 days; temp privileges available with clean file. 2-hour gratis included.

• Flexible PRN to full-time — 1 week/month or more, ongoing contract
• Ultrasound interpretation, high-risk OB consults, 25 pts/day
• EPIC EMR, Peds Level 3, call preferred but not required
