Locums Maternal Fetal Medicine Physician Needed in Pennsylvania!

Specialty: Maternal Fetal Medicine
Contract Length: ongoing

Shift Details:
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8a-4:30pm each day
+ night call and weekend call preferred

Work Details:
· Support Staff: 2 RN, 2 MA, 2 APP
· Amount of Coverage Needed per Month: will look at 1 week per month up to full-time
· Patients per day: 25
· Beds in department: 10
· Patient Population/Age: 18+ childbearing years
· Department Description: Ultrasound interpretation and consultative
· EMR: EPIC
· Peds level 3

· Specialty skills: pregnancy induced hypertension, HELLP syndrome, Diabetes Type I and II and gestational, Cardiac Disorders – class II or higher, pulmonary disorders, renal disorders, neurological disorders, autoimmune disorders, hematologic/oncologic disorders, placenta previa/abruption, multiple gestation, vaginal deliveries, amniocentesis-genetic, ultrasound: performance and interpretation, level II targeted, echocardiography
· Preferred Skills: strong ultrasound diagnostic skills preferred
· Call not required but preferred

Practice Setting:
• Clinic

Requirements:
· Board Certification: BC or BE in MFM
· License Required: PA
· DEA: yes
· Certifications Required: BLS
· Minimum Experience Required: 1 year

Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days, temps avail with clean file
