Job description
Maternal Fetal Medicine Opportunity – Pennsylvania
Start Date: As soon as credentialed
Assignment Length: Ongoing
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Coverage Needed: One week per month up to full-time
Call: Night and weekend call preferred but not required
Opportunity Highlights:
• Flexible scheduling with coverage ranging from one week per month to full-time
• Outpatient clinic setting with a collaborative team including 2 RNs, 2 Medical Assistants, and 2 APPs
• See approximately 25 patients per day in a well-established Maternal Fetal Medicine practice
• Strong focus on ultrasound interpretation and high-risk obstetric consultations
• Treat a wide variety of complex maternal conditions including hypertensive disorders, diabetes, cardiac, pulmonary, renal, neurologic, autoimmune, hematologic/oncologic disorders, multiple gestation, and placenta previa/abruption
• Perform and interpret Level II ultrasounds, fetal echocardiography, and amniocentesis
• Level III Pediatrics program
• Epic EMR
• Temporary privileges available for providers with a clean file, allowing for a faster start
Requirements:
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Maternal Fetal Medicine
• Active Pennsylvania license or IMLC Letter of Qualification required
• DEA required
• BLS required
• Minimum of 1 year of experience
• Credentialing timeframe: Approximately 90 days (temporary privileges available with a clean file)
