Maternal-Fetal Medicine Needed in Texas – 1 Week/Month Locum (IMLC Accepted)

Job description

Texas hospital seeks a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Maternal-Fetal Medicine specialist for locum coverage 1 week per month (12/01/2025 – 12/31/2026). Responsibilities include clinic (8 AM – 5 PM weekdays) and call coverage (night 5 PM – 8 AM weekdays; weekend 24-hour call). EMR: Epic. Provider will manage high-risk obstetrics and advanced procedures, including VBACs, breech delivery, placenta previa/abruption, multiples, amniocentesis, cervical cerclage, intrauterine transfusion, multifetal pregnancy reduction, ultrasounds, and fetal blood sampling. Active TX license or IMLC accepted. Credentialing 60–90 days.

• 1 week/month coverage, inpatient/outpatient, 5–8 patients/day
• Includes night and weekend call (24-hour schedule)
• High-risk obstetrics experience required (VBAC, multiples, amniocentesis, fetal interventions)
