Start: 10/19/2026
Contract Length: 6 months, with option to extend or go perm.
Schedule: Monday - Thursday (8A - 5P); Night & Weekend Call
Patient Volume: 4-5 per day, may increase with additional provider
Patient Age Group: Primary peds with occasional adult
EMR/Documentation System: EPIC

Requirements:
Provider type (MD/DO or NP/PA): MD/DO
Board Certifications Req’d: Yes, Genetics
State License(s): MO and IL (for occasional telehealth consults), will accept licensure candidates

• 6 month assignment, with option to extend
• Locums to PERM
• Day shifts
