Start Date: May 4, 2026
Contract Length: 6 months to 1 year

Schedule
Coverage Needed: 1 week per month

Clinic Days:
Monday: All-day clinic
Tuesday: Half-day clinic
Thursday: All-day clinic

Call:
All other days during the week plus night call

Telehealth:
Some telehealth coverage may be required outside of clinic week (schedule TBD after start)

Support Staff: 2 physicians and 1 PA
Patients Per Day: 1–2
Patient Population: All ages (newborn through end of life)
EMR: EPIC
Hospital Size: 865 total beds

Special Skills Required:
Must have metabolic experience

Requirements
Board Certification:
Board Certified in Metabolic/Obesity Medicine
May consider Board-Certified Genetics physicians with extensive metabolic experience
State License: Virginia license required (willing to license)
