Hem/Onc APP Needed in Coon Rapids, MN

3-6 month assignment

3, 8Hr 08:00 - 16:30

Need someone for a MINIMUM of 2 days per week, prefer 3 shits!

Schedule: Monday - Friday

Client needs a Med Onc OP APP for MCY that is able to do both heme and med onc visits a minimum of 2 days a week, if they can do 3 days that is preferred.

Work Details:
• Support staff: Yes
• Amount of coverage needed per month: Part-time 2-3 shifts, Mon -Fri
• Patients per day: 11-16
• Patient population/age: all ages
• EMR: EPIC
• Special procedures: Just hem/onc outpatient services

Practice Setting:
o Hospital

Requirements:
• Board Certification: PA or APP
• State license required: MN license
• DEA: NO

Can do temp privs if background is clean!
