Job description

Hematology/Oncology APP needed in San Francisco, CA:
• Start Date: November 2026
• Contract Length: 23 weeks
• Schedule: 4x10s or 5x8s per week
• Call Requirements: 1 Saturday/month for 2 hours & will be released if not called within 2 hours
• Practice Setting: Outpatient/Inpatient
• Patients per shift: 10-12
• Patient Population: Adults
• EMR: Epic
• Job Details: Infusion clinic

Requirements:
• State License: Active CA license required
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS
• Credentialing: 60-90 days
