Opportunity:
Advanced Practitioners - Other Specialties - Oncology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Job Details:

• Provide value-based care in an ambulatory setting within the East Region, including Norwich and Waterford practices
• Involved in triage and the full spectrum of outpatient oncology management
• Conduct benign hematology visits and sick/urgent visits
• Perform chemotherapy education and teach visits
• Perform bone marrow aspirations
• Oversee infusion follow-up appointments and ongoing survivorship care
• Assist in building a comprehensive cancer program
• Full-time schedule, Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week
• Access to professional advancement and training opportunities through a unique relationship with Memorial Sloan Kettering
• Access to Provider Leadership Development Institute
• Eligibility to be licensed in Connecticut as a Physician Assistant (PA) or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) is required
• Certification as a PA, or National Board Certification as an FNP, ANP, or AGPCNP is required
• Chemotherapy Biotherapy provider card required
• Oncology experience as a PA, NP, or RN is preferred
