Hematology / Oncology Expert (Remote AI Clinical Consultant)

About the Role:
We are hiring Hematology / Oncology experts to design clinical scenarios, evaluate model outputs against evidence-based standards, and help shape how the next generation of AI reasons about cancer and hematologic care.

Engagement:
- Remote, 100% asynchronous (Independent Contractor)
- 20 hrs/wk default (flexible schedule, can be raised based on demand)
- Paid weekly
- Duration: ongoing, reviewed monthly

What You'll Do:
- Design clinically realistic prompts and scenarios drawn from your Heme/Onc practice (staging, treatment selection, regimen sequencing, toxicity management, guideline interpretation).
- Write "golden" reference responses at attending-level quality.
- Grade AI-generated responses against structured rubrics and provide written feedback.
- Participate in onboarding office hours and specialty calibration sessions.

Who You Are:
- Attending physicians: Must be board certified with a current, active, unrestricted medical license (Medical Oncology, Hematology, Surgical Oncology, Radiation Oncology, Pediatric Heme/Onc).
- Fellows: Must be board-certified/board-eligible in primary specialty with an active, unrestricted medical license (final-year Heme/Onc fellows welcome).

• $180 - $400 / hr (Paid Weekly)
