Locum Physician – Hematology/Oncology (Outpatient)
Plymouth, Indiana | March 2026 – March 2027

We are seeking a Board-Certified Hematology/Oncology Physician for an outpatient locum opportunity in Plymouth, Indiana. This position supports a new outpatient service line and offers a consistent weekday schedule with no call responsibilities.

Position Details:-
Practice Setting: Outpatient Hematology/Oncology clinic
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Patient Population: Adult & Geriatric
Volume: Approximately 30 patients per day
Case Mix: 50% Hematology / 50% Oncology
No inpatient rounding, no call, no weekends
EMR: EPIC

Clinical Responsibilities:-
Outpatient evaluation and management of hematology and oncology patients
Perform bone marrow biopsies
Management of VAD/CV catheters
Chemotherapy administration with oncology nursing support
Participation in multidisciplinary tumor board
Blood bank coordination and ordering of labs and imaging
Management of bone marrow transplant patients

Requirements:-
Board Certification (ABMS or AOA)
Active Indiana medical license or IMLC with LOQ in hand
BLS certification
Ability to meet credentialing timelines (60–90 days)

• Travel reimbursed (flight, hotel, car, mileage); IN license required, BC required, procedures include BMBx, chemo administration, tumor board participation
