"An opening for a BC/BE Medical Oncologist to join a department that has a strong focus on physician retention. Serving a catchment area of 1.5 million people. Job Details: • 12-15 patients per day. Call is 1:10. • Open to a 4-day week.• Typical team is 1 RN & 1 MA per physician.• Practice in a large six-story ""one-stop shop"" oncology center housing social workers, oncology navigators, counseling and more. • Chemotherapy, Hormone Therapy, Immunotherapy, Infusion Therapy • Infusion clinic onsite with 45+ bays.• Option subspecialize 100% in Lung, Head and Neck, GI, Breast, Neuro/CNS, Melanoma and Sarcoma OR pick up to 3 subspecialties. • Academic style tumor site teams. • Weekly tumor boards, and an opportunity to work w/ GME program.• This team and facility has one of the highest retention rates within this health system. • EPIC EMR.• Graduating fellows are encouraged to Sign up or sign in for contact information: • Base ranging from $500,000 (new grads) to $600,000 practicing physicians. • 10% bonus based on quality and growth.• Sign-on / Relocation up to $50,000. • Education reimbursement or PSLF. • 41 Days PTO + 2 days VTO. • Student loan repayment, health, dental, vision insurance.
