This is a well-established academic medical center affiliated with a major university health system, providing comprehensive cancer care services in a clinical outpatient setting. The facility is located across the street from a Level 1 Trauma Hospital and is equipped with Epic EMR, offering a collaborative and well-supported environment for oncology providers.

Job Details:

• Locum Tenens opportunity covering January 11, 2027 through April 1, 2028 for maternity leave and open FTE recruitment
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 0800-1700 (3 days per week)
• No call coverage required
• 100% outpatient clinic setting
• Adult patient population only - no pediatrics
• Average of 17-20 clinic patients per day
• Skills managing different types of cancers and some benign hematology patients required
• EMR/Documentation: Epic
• Board Certification in Oncology required
• Active Michigan State Medical License required
• BLS certification required
• Clean malpractice and license history required - no exceptions
• Copy of NPDB self-query required at presentation (must be pulled within 30 days)
• Estimated credentialing timeframe: 100 days
• Flight, lodging, and car rental/fuel or mileage reimbursement provided
