Assignment Details:
• Start Date: ASAP
• Contract Length: Ongoing
• Schedule: Monday–Friday daytime coverage. Overnight call required for continuity of care. Weekend call highly preferred.
• Practice Setting: Hospital, Infusion Center, and Outpatient
• Case Mix: Medical Oncology, Infusion Coverage, and Malignant Hematology
• Patient Volume: 22–25 consults per day
• Support Staff: 2 MDs and 2 APPs with pager support (no APP coverage on weekends)
• EMR: Epic

Requirements:
• State License: Minnesota license or IMLC accepted
• Certifications: Board Certified in both Hematology and Oncology, BLS, DEA
• Experience: Malignant Hematology required
• Skills Required: Medical Oncology and Inf
